Shipping & In Store Pickups

Shipping rates will vary based on destination, weight, package dimensions, and other factors. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

If you would like to do a Store Pickup for your purchase, there will be NO shipping charge. However you will have to physically pick your items up.

Customer orders generally ship out within 2 - 3  business days via UPS or USPS with tracking information. International orders  can take several weeks with no tracking available through USPS after leaving the states. With current shipping delays due to supply and labor issues, please allow extra time for your international order to arrive. 

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email.

We drop off packages daily at USPS sorting locations. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal. Please don't count Saturday or Sunday as a work day or package movement day.

*Please note: Recently international orders have seen an additional "VAT Tax" at Customs that must be paid for the package to be released to the buyer/customer. These taxes vary from country to country. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to research what their VAT Tax will be for their country; BUYER is responsible for paying any such taxes; Please contact your local Tax or Customs Office PRIOR to ordering. We are NOT responsible for VAT taxes or any taxes imposed by customs in order to receive your package in the destination country.
